This website features Invoicing Software Template(s) built in Google Sheets that enable owners and managers of small utility companies to do utility billing in a very professional, efficient, and digitally automated manner.
Your data is controlled in a stand alone cloud spreadsheet file that provides you with with as much privacy as your own Google Drive offers. Your data is not shared in a Software as a Service system where all user data is siloed together with privacy losses.
If you are not a Google or Google Drive fan or user, you can use these templates to learn how to build such a system in a spreadsheet, and then you can use these as a template in a platform of your choice. The primary functionality should work in other platforms with little to no loss of core functionality. The invoice emailing functionality would be lost but you can work around that with less efficient processes.

One of the over arching themes of our work is "Commercial Literacy". This software product and corresponding education is the result of programs developed from scratch to increase Commercial Literacy.
Commercial Literacy includes General Business Literacy, Accounting and Financial Literacy, Technology Literacy and Organizational Literacy.
The Capitalist System was not providing commercial literacy education properly and has not been since the 1980s.
We sought to show that in a bold way with this offering and others like it, We are seeking to disrupt the venture capital markets because they are not properly serving everyone who needs simple, functional, affordable software and commercial education.
Even if you don't end up using our software, our overarching mission may also be a great reason to contribute financially to our programs.
If you are old enough to think back to the 1990s, there was a time when technology books were sold with a companion computer disk in the back with software programs or files for use. That is what we are offering but in digital form, but for free.
Nobody would have expected tech support with that type of offering, and we don't offer any tech support for this.
However, as you will see, this website is robust and filled with technical information. This has been setup such that anyone with interest can make it a long ways towards using our software. Furthermore, if you get stuck, someone with a little more technical prowess within your own sphere of influence should be able to support you, given the resources we've provided.
Also, while thinking back to the 90's, you may recall we had software that we downloaded from discs , then installed on our computers, and we had software for life for affordable costs. Although this is a cloud spreadsheet system, that general model is how these software templates work. With this, if you have a google account, you don't "download and install", you simply make a copy of our file and you are off to the races.
You do not need a google account to view the file template(s). You can view them in any web browser. You can in fact "download" a copy of the file in an excel or open document format from there, and you can then use it in other platforms, but you will lose the email functionality. The rest of the system "should work" although we have not tested if fully that way.
If you want to get going quickly with all functionality, you will need a google account. If you have a google account, the total time to "File > Make a Copy" of the template to get going is under 10 seconds.
